Only today, three days after these events, he went home to visit their relatives and change clothes. Here he was waited by relatives of the employee, who had been dismissed, among many others. They accused Ulan Melisbek that he treated her illegally, that he was a friend and protege of Maxim Bakiyev’s “family”. In other words, using the political situation in the country, they wanted to settle personal accounts with Director of Kyrgyzpatent.
“These people were willing to lynch me, - said Ulan Melisbek on the phone. - Concerned about the fate of my family and young son, I was forced to escape. Currently I am with my son in the U.S. embassy, because my son is a U.S. citizen. I was forced to request a temporary shelter for the next few days. Because if unknown people rushes in your house and begins to threaten you - it does not fit into the framework of not only the rule of law, but also common sense. Someone has to protect us. “
